Mass Riot, indeed. About 100 people lined up Sunday morning outside Prison City Pub & Brewery on State Street for the re-release of the brewpub’s Mass Riot India pale ale, the beer that took No. 1 in Paste Magazine’s annual blind-tasting of American IPAs in August.
